City App is a great way for locals and visitors to report non-urgent issues and conduct business with us.
Report an issue from anywhere in the city – graffiti, illegal dumping of rubbish, illegal parking, abandoned vehicles and more – at any time of day.
You can also:
• request a service (e.g. replace rubbish bins)
• make a payment
• register and login to your customer account to view your details, account balances, requests, applications and licences
• read about City news and events
• keep up with local disaster information
• submit ideas for our city to the Mayor.
